GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers solidified their offensive line on Thursday night when they selected Arizona offensive tackle Jordan Morgan 25th overall in the 2024 NFL Draft.
According to NFL Draft Buzz, Jordan Morgan was a strong offensive tackle at Marana High School and was initially rated a 3-star prospect by ESPN and 247 Sports. At Arizona, Morgan played well his freshman year in 4 games with 94 snaps, where he impressively allowed no sacks.
Jordan Morgan since 2022:

Morgan did tear his ACL in 2022 but returned to the Wildcats in 2023, playing in 12 games and earning first-team All-PAC-12 honors. Scouts at NFL Draft Buzz note that Morgan is an “explosive, high-energy athlete at the snap, moving and recalibrating with ease” and “displays rare change of direction and corrective foot speed for leverage recovery.” However, Morgan also “lacks elite arm length, affecting power and margin for error.”
The Packer’s next pick-up will be on Friday during the second and third rounds where they hold the 41st, 58th, 88th, and 91st overall picks, barring a trade up or down.
